How we use it
To contact you, handle your real estate inquiry, present opportunities and follow up. We do not sell your data.
Who we share it with
With our team and with the following processors, all under confidentiality obligations: Supabase (database and authentication), GoHighLevel / LeadConnector (contact management and the site chat), Vercel (hosting and site usage analytics), Cloudflare (Turnstile, the anti-bot check on our forms, which receives your IP address and browser signals), and our internal advisor-assignment system. Playing embedded content also involves YouTube and Spotify. We do not sell your data.
Chat, voice and artificial intelligence
The site chat is operated by GoHighLevel / LeadConnector and may request microphone access if you choose to use its voice feature. Anything you type or dictate there is processed on their servers and may be analysed with automated or artificial-intelligence tools to follow up on your enquiry. If you would rather not use it, reach us through the form or by email.
Your rights
By writing to our contact email you can ask us for access to your data, for corrections, or for deletion, and withdraw your consent at any time. We honor requests wherever you are, and deletion extends to information already shared with the processors listed above. We are a United States company, so your data is processed and stored there.
Retention
We keep your data while a relationship or active interest exists and for as long as applicable regulation requires.
